Receptionist and Bookkeeper
Delores has been on the grounds of the Center at Donaldson, in one capacity or another, for the last 25 years. She started as the Library Assistant for Ancilla College, worked part-time as a Retreat Staff Assistant, and for the last 20 years she has been working full-time as Lindenwood’s Receptionist & Bookkeeper.
A native of the beautiful state of Wisconsin, Delores often visits family and friends in Milwaukee, a city that will always have a special place in her heart. She loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys traveling to other states for fun and shopping purposes. No wonder that her passions are family, shopping and travel, in that order!
Given the location of the Center at Donaldson, in the middle of nowhere, Delores was surprised to find it and even shocked to discover this order of totally independent nuns, the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ. She enjoys being part of one of their ministries and is always grateful for the prayers the Sisters say for all their co-workers. Delores attended Ancilla College and Indiana University of South Bend. Her motto is, “Come visit Lindenwood and you be the judge of all we have to offer.”
