Motherhouse Dietary

Groups are assigned meal times and we kindly ask that you incorporate them in your agenda accordingly. We cannot be flexible with the times for this meal option as Motherhouse Dietary serves the various communities on campus (retired communities, PHJC Sisters, co-workers).

Meals are served at the following times:

• Breakfast from 7:45 am to 8:45 am ET
• Lunch from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm ET
• Dinner from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm ET

*The assigned meal time for your group would be within the serving meal times.

The following diets can be accommodated: vegan, vegetarian, diabetic, no beef/pork/chicken with at least a three-week notice.

Delivery

There are providers in the area that deliver to Lindenwood. You can contact them directly and let them know our location and the times when you need your food delivered. Please be aware that you might need to pre-pay over the phone or have cash ready when they arrive. Most do not carry a card-reader and they do not accept checks.

Catering

Lindenwood can arrange for outside catering if notified several weeks in advance. Please let us know as early as you can and we will do our best to assist you in securing a catering provider.

Cook Your Own Meals

Our Hickory Room has a kitchen area (with a stove, oven, fridge, and a commercial dishwasher) that you can rent for a small fee. Please note that it is your responsibility to leave the room in the same condition you received it.

Carry-In

You can bring your own food, whether home-cooked or from a provider; just make sure you bring all serving needs (cups, plates, silverware, etc.). There is a fridge in the Tulip Room and one in the Hickory Room where you can store left-overs. When you leave Lindenwood, please make sure you remove all left-overs from the fridge and either take them with you or dispose of them accordingly.
